I have experience writing custom CI/CD pipelines for GitLab to automate tests, deploy helm charts, and build docker images. I architected pipelines for a large organization's config as code repository to handle automatic deployments to non-production and production environments.
I also have extensive experience with Jenkins and currently act as application owner and SME for Jenkins at a large ecommerce organization. I've accomplished multiple large-scale Jenkins projects such as custom UI/branding, configuration as code, job DSL conversion, and dependency resolution/CVE mitigation.

I have engineering and project management experience leading cloud migrations from on-prem to cloud providers. I have led multiple lift and shift migrations ranging from commerical off the shelf software to home grown product solutions. I have led the migration of over 150 compute instances and more than 20TB worth of data containing mission critical systems such as PostgreSQL, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, Wildfly/Jboss, Atlassian stack, and Apache Camel.

I have deployed and supported mid and large size installations of Cisco UCCE deployed to contact centers. I have worked with Workforce Management teams to develop custom CUIC reporting and dashboards to track metrics such as calls, length, SLAs, SLOs, KPIs, etc. I have managed multiple instances of CUIC and setup replication to external reporting databases for external reporting.

I have led initiatives and assisted with the training of NOC engineers with multiple Observability product stacks such as NewRelic, Dynatrace, Nagios, Zabbix, qRadar, Splunk, SCOM, and Telegraf/InfluxDB/Grafana.

I have wrote custom software solutions to resolve organizations' business critical issues. This was always done with minimal supervision and at times without a team. I work with organizations to ensure my software solutions allow them to be setup for success and always provide support via flexible licensing contracts. I have also handed off solutions to organizations and provided documentation to internal development teams to support internally.
